ANSWER AI LAB INC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides the mobile application Uhired.AI (“App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use Uhired.AI.
  • By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration

  • Some features of Uhired.AI may require account creation.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Subscriptions

  • Uhired.AI offers monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscription plans.
  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Payments are processed through Apple App Store, and subscription management (cancellation, renewal) is done via your Apple ID account settings.
  • Refunds are governed by Apple’s refund policies, not Uhired.AI.

4. Use of the App

  • You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
  • You may not:
    • Attempt to interfere with the App’s functionality
    • Reverse engineer or modify the App
    • Use the App to transmit harmful or unlawful content

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, features, and software within Uhired.AI are owned by ANSWER AI LAB INC or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
  • You can also terminate your account at any time via the App or by contacting us.

7. Disclaimers

  • Uhired.AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANSWER AI LAB INC’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription during the last 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Service occasionally.
  • Updated Terms will be posted in the App or on our website, and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
  • Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the United States.
