Configure ServiceNow Event Management integrations for ScienceLogic-monitored infrastructure.
Implement correlation, aggregation, suppression, and deduplication rules based on client requirements.
Configure alert-to-CMDB binding and service impact visibility.
Implement automated incident creation, assignment, notification, and escalation workflows.
Validate event processing and alert lifecycle management across monitoring integrations.
Support operational reporting, dashboards, and service health views.
Troubleshoot event ingestion, alert generation, and integration issues.
Work with ScienceLogic and Splunk teams to ensure end-to-end event flow and visibility.
Support user acceptance testing, production deployment, and operational readiness activities.
Maintain technical documentation and operational support procedures.
