ServiceNow ITOM SME (GCP Event Management)

Configure and maintain ServiceNow Event Management capabilities for GCP observability use cases.
Implement client-defined event normalization, correlation, and alert management requirements.
Configure event rules, alert rules, and automated incident creation workflows.
Ensure proper CI association and CMDB alignment for incoming cloud events.
Configure and support integrations between GCP, Pub/Sub, and ServiceNow.
Implement event enrichment and operational workflows required by support teams.
Support testing and validation of event processing, alert generation, and incident creation.
Develop dashboards and operational views to support monitoring and service health visibility.
Troubleshoot integration, event processing, and alerting issues.
Support production deployment, stabilization, and continuous platform improvement activities.
