- Business Operations, Product Operations, or Program Management experience with responsibility for processes, milestones, risks, dependencies, governance, or operating metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, identify and validate root causes, and distinguish symptoms from underlying causes
- Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an e-commerce or software company.
- Hands-on experience building SQL queries.
- Experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, or Program Management.
- Evidence of end-to-end ownership for operational processes, cross-functional programs, execution governance, and measurable results.
- Experience resolving conflicts involving cross-team goals, priorities, dependencies, or accountability boundaries.
- Experience developing hypotheses, identifying data requirements, validating causes, and converting findings into operational actions.
- (Experience operating competitive-intelligence, mystery-shopping, competitor-purchasing, seller-classification, Marketplace Operations, Seller Operations, or Merchant Operations programs.)
