By bringing people together over coffee, Starbucks has become one of the world's best-known and most loved companies. Working at Starbucks is a lot like working with your friends! • Support customers and help maintain a welcoming café environment throughout the day.
• Assist with queue management and customer flow during high-volume periods.
• Complete supporting tasks that allow the team to remain focused on beverage production, handoff and service speed.
• Learn and grow in a supportive environment with opportunities for advancement.
• Be part of a global brand committed to sustainability, ethical sourcing and positively impacting our communities.

All our retail store partners begin their careers with us by undertaking an introductory training programme led by our amazing trainers and coaches. This programme is designed to immerse you in the Starbucks culture and set you up for success. These training programmes are delivered in our stores and provide partners with the opportunity to learn on the job, supported by their manager.
