The role: What's in the Box
Our Marketing team in Amsterdam shapes how HelloFresh shows up in the lives of millions of households across the Benelux: from the brands we team up with and the content people see on their feeds, to the events and activations where they meet us in person.
From February 2027, we're welcoming several Marketing Interns to the team. As one of them, you will get hands-on with real online and/or offline campaigns, partners and creators, working alongside our Brand and Growth teams. You won't just observe: your ideas and work will directly help grow our brand reach and customer base. If you're curious about what makes great marketing work, this is your chance to learn by doing
We’re looking for interns in three areas:
- Partnerships Marketing: you help find, launch and measure collaborations with brands across the Benelux, turning data into smart commercial decisions.
- Social Media & Influencer Marketing: you create content for our social channels and own our micro-influencer programme, from briefing creators to analysing results.
- Field Marketing: you help make our events and on-location campaigns across the Benelux a success, from training our brand ambassadors to visiting activations in person.
What you’ll do: The Recipe
- Plan and coordinate (online and/or offline) marketing campaigns from kick-off to launch, working closely with our Brand and Growth teams, agencies and external partners.
- Help build and manage collaborations with brands and creators across the Netherlands and Belgium, from finding the right partners to keeping existing collaborations running smoothly.
- Create and adapt content that brings our recipes, products and campaigns to life across our channels, staying on top of the latest trends.
- Track and analyse campaign performance against our KPIs, and turn results into clear learnings for the next campaign.
- Research the market, competitors and new trends to spot fresh opportunities for HelloFresh.
- Bring your own ideas to the table, flag blockers early and help us improve the way we work.
- Visit campaigns and events on location in the Netherlands and Belgium, and help train our brand ambassadors so every activation runs at a high standard.
What you’ll bring: The Ingredients
- You are currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, an HBO or WO (Bachelor's or Master's) programme in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- You are curious about what makes marketing work, from creative content and social media trends to commercial deals and the numbers behind them.
- You are structured and detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling several projects, deadlines and stakeholders at once.
- You enjoy working with data in Excel or Google Sheets, and you're curious about using AI tools to turn data into insights.
- You communicate proactively and confidently, whether by email, by phone or in a meeting with a partner.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
Are you the missing ingredient? If this sounds like a tasty opportunity, we’d be excited to hear from you. We aim to review your profile and respond within 5 business days.
This is a paid internship designed to offer hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment. As an intern, you will have structured guidance to support your learning and development. We aim to create an environment where you can build practical skills, gain exposure to how HelloFresh operates, and learn through doing. The internship is suitable for students or recent graduates whose educational requirements allow them to complete an internship during the proposed period. During the application process, we will ask required questions regarding internship eligibility and university requirements (such as duration, documentation, or approval criteria). Please ensure you are able to provide this information as part of your application.
