You’ll empower your team to communicate complex ideas with clarity, support strategic enterprise customer engagements, and build lasting partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders. This role reports to the Technical GM – Japan.

The impact you will have:

You do not need to fulfil every single requirement to be a strong candidate. If you are excited about this role and have related experience, we encourage you to apply.

Proven experience leading or managing technical teams in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS environments—or equivalent experience gained through hands-on engineering or consulting work.
A track record of coaching and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional leaders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Technical background in Data Engineering, Databases, or Data Science (consulting or customer-facing experience preferred).
Enthusiasm for data, AI, and cloud technologies, and the ability to connect these to real business outcomes.
Fluent Japanese required; business-level English strongly preferred.
