We need a tech who already knows EVs: high-voltage, battery packs, thermal management, diagnostics. We don't train for this. If you've got real hands-on EV experience and you can find the fault instead of guessing, call us.

- Battery packs, thermal, charging issues
- EV drivetrain, regen braking, electrical
- A/C. It's Miami.
- Brakes, suspension, steering, cooling
- PMs and DOT inspections
WHAT YOU NEED
- Real hands-on EV experience (Rivian, Tesla, Lightning, transit EVs, any of it)
- You know HV safety and work safe
- You diagnose, you don't throw parts at it
- You show up
- Your own hand tools and a valid driver's license
- Certified or not, real experience counts
English or Spanish is fine.
SCHEDULE: Days, 6 days a week, full-time in Miami.
